We don’t sell businesses after we buy them. We have no mandate to sell it in 3-5 years like private equity does. We invest for the long-haul. With us, you won’t get the instability of constantly changing ownership.
Minimal integration requirements.
Some investors will expect you to layoff employees or under invest in your product to increase EBITDA. Not us. The only requirements we have are to send us monthly financial statements. That’s it. Beyond that, nothing changes.
